You don’t need a bunch of colorful ornaments in the aquarium. The colors of the fish will make up for any color you want. In most cases anything you put in will get ripped apart almost immediately.
All you really need are a few pieces of balsa wood and a large piece of flat granite for the Oscar fish to lay its eggs on.
